Selfie & Check-in Contest – Terms & Conditions

Introduction:

Best selfie & check-in contest is organized by Nikita Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. This contest shall be for the period of 20 days starting from 5th Dec’19 to 24th Dec’19. The organizer may, at its sole and absolute discretion extends the contest period at any time without any prior notice to any party.

Contest Mechanics:

  1. To participate in the contest, Contestants must have a Facebook & Instagram account with its privacy setting set to “Public”.
  2. Contestants must like Nikita Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. Facebook page & follow the Instagram page.
  3. The Contestants must check-in to Nikita jewellers Pvt. Ltd. store location.
  4. Contestants must upload a selfie on Facebook, tag @nikitajewelsvashi and hash tag #clickfornikita, #nikitajewelsvashi with a creative caption about “Why you love taking selfie”.
  5. Contestants must tag at least 5 friends while uploading selfie on Facebook.
  6. Tagged people must be tagged for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Contest winner will be announced on Nikita Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. Facebook page. It is the responsibility of contestants to follow this announcement closely.
  8. The organizer reserves the rights to reject any contestant at its sole and absolute discretion, without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
  9. By participating in this contest, contestants are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility:

  1. Employee of Nikita Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., their immediate families, creative and public relations agencies, program organizers, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this contest.
  2. Nikita Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., its employee, promoters, or program organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by contestants or any person in connection with contest.
  3. Winner may be required to participate in a photo taking session during the issuance of the prize. Pictures captured may be used for commercial marketing purposes.
  4. In the event if the prize is being awarded to the contestant having provided false or mistaken identity or information’s, the organizer shall the rights to revoke the contestants eligibility for said prize.
  5. Prize images are for reference only. Prize shown and/ or represented for the running of this contest shall be subject to availability. Prize given is non-refundable.
  6. The organizer decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Nikita Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. reserves the rights to final and ultimate interpretation of the contest.

Judging Criteria:

  1. Daily one selected contestant can win discount voucher.
  2. End of the contest one selected contestant can win bumper prize at end of contest.
  3. The winner will be determined by best selfie and creativity of the caption which will be judged by the organizer’s panel of judges. The decision of judges is final, and no enquires, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
  4. The winner will be announced on Nikita Jewellers Facebook page.
  5. Prize is not exchangeable or transferable in any from whatever reason.
  6. Contestant shall collect the prize personally.

  2. Daily Prize – Discount Voucher
  3. For this contest every valid check-in at Nikita Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. Store location with selfie, proper tagging & hash tagging at the Nikita Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. Store location can be eligible for prize.

How to Redeem Prize:

  1. Contestants need to redeem discount voucher at Nikita Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. store only.
  2. Discount voucher is valid for six month from the date of issuance.
  3. Contestants need to accept terms and conditions written on discount voucher.
  4. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for single transaction only.
  5. Strictly no extension of expiry date from the date of issues will allowed.
  6. Not applicable for online purchases.
  7. We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
