Exchange and returns 

• Jewellery Exchange Policy:  

You can exchange plain gold or platinum jewellery based on a percentage of the current market value. The exchange value percentage varies for different types of jewellery, such as diamond-studded or gemstone-studded items.

Nikita Jewellers Pvt. Ltd offers the following products and services:

• SGL, IGI, GIA Certified Diamond Jewellery 

• Customized Jewellery Designing orders 

• Jewellery Repair and Maintenance 

• Gold Exchange Services 

Services and operations 

• Online orders: Nikita Jewellers offers delivery but does not provide in-store pickup for online orders. 

• Onsite services: The Company provides in-store shopping and onsite services, including jewellery repair. 

Cancellation by Nikita Jewellers: 

There may be certain orders that Nikita Jewellers cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include a limitation on the quantity available for purchase; or any other issue that Nikita Jewellers identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order. 

Cancellation by Customer: 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. The paid amount will be considered as an advance payment and the customer and later adjust the total amount paid with any other jewellery from online or in any of our showrooms. 

NOTE: In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest. 

Exchange, Returns and Money-Back: 

Nikita Jewellers Pvt. Ltd believes in complete customer satisfaction. Every piece of Jewellery that is bought from us is special – a gift to yourself or a loved one. We have therefore taken utmost care in creating and inspecting the product thoroughly and packing it carefully. However, if for any reason you did not like what you purchase or are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product in a very hassle-free manner. 

Conflict of Terms 

If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.
